A minor is anyone under the age of 18 years old. All minors require consent by a parent or legal guardian to get pierced at our facility. Parent or legal guardian must be physically present to sign a consent form and provide documentation. Emancipated minors may sign for self and must provide proof of legal emancipation. Minors do not require consent to get jewelry changes only.

Minors 5-14 years old may receive earlobe piercings only

  • Minor’s birth certificate 
  • Minor’s photo ID (school ID, passport, or state ID)
  • Parent/legal guardian’s photo ID (passport, driver’s permit/license, or state ID)
  • If last names and addresses on both minor and parent/legal guardian’s IDs match the birth certificate is not required
  • Parent/legal guardian must be present to sign minor’s consent form. The name of the parent/legal guardian bringing in minor must be on child’s birth certificate.

Minors 15-17 years old may receive any piercing excluding nipple/genital piercings 

  • Minor’s birth certificate 
  • Minor’s photo ID (school ID, passport, driver’s permit/license, or state ID)
  • Parent/legal guardian’s photo ID (passport, driver’s permit/license, or state ID)
  • If last names and addresses on both minor and parent/legal guardian’s IDs match the birth certificate is not required
  • Parent/legal guardian must be present to sign minor’s consent form. The name of the parent/legal guardian bringing in minor must be on child’s birth certificate.


Any issues with your piercing are taken care of free of charge up to 7 days after initial piercing. Just walk in during business hours. Issues may include but not limited to embedding jewelry, snagging out nose jewelry, jewelry coming out, losing balls, etc. After 7 days service fees apply such as jewelry change, taper, cost of replacement jewelry, etc. 

We understand you may be nervous while waiting to get your piercing, however our materials are costly. If any materials are opened while in the procedure room and you decide to not get your piercing done you will still be required to pay a $10 fee to cover the cost of materials. Thank you for understanding.

You are able to make changes to your scheduled appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment by signing into the booking site with your mobile number. If you cancel your appointment before 24 hours of the appointment you will receive a full refund. If you want to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show you will receive a partial refund, the amount paid excluding $10 for a cancellation fee. Any fees are non-refundable or transferable. 

No refunds for services. Please refer to our Piercing Policy for more information about services received. Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept exchanges for body jewelry. All body jewelry sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unsure of what jewelry size/style needed we strongly advise you to see a professional piercer for assistance before ordering.

Defective jewelry or items may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and can be replaced within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Please contact us Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-8pm for issues with defective jewelry or items.

We respect your privacy. We won’t share your personal data e.g. e-mail ID or contact number with any third party.

We may display some paid advertisement on the website which may lead you an external website. We are not responsible for the content any external websites.
